Dear customers and partners - in a globalized economy are many parts of the supply chain that are closely interlinked. The Corona pandemic, which has been going on for many months now, shows us just how close these links are. After initial enormous restrictions in the areas of transport and logistics, the situation is increasingly affecting the availability of components. Shortages combined with price increases, some of them skyrocketing, are the result.
Like many industries - we are also strongly affected by this development. One of the big challenges these days is balance between price/cost adjustments and availability of products. To keep this balance, our team is doing its best every day. The most important thing for the moment is to maintain the ability to provide products.
For this reason - unfortunately, we cannot avoid making situational price adjustments. But we will apply this only in the absolutely necessary scope.
Currently you can pay by prepayment or invoice or PayPal. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.

Purchased items are shipped ex works from Reutlingen, Germany
Packages are usually dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of order (or payment for prepayment customers). Our carrier is DPD International, who then collaborates with several local carriers. DPD International offers online shipment tracking and drop-off with signature. For large quantities, your order may be shipped by pallet in which case, we may collaborate with a different carrier.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a copy of the invoice per email and a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and number of boxes. The exact transportation fees will be indicated on our offer, or the order confirmation.
We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will have to be applied to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are spaciously sized and your items are well-protected.
On your order confirmation, the expected date of delivery is indicated. Below, you will find a few indications to estimate the delivery time to each country in the EU:
- Usual delivery time for parts on stock: Germany: 1-3 days / Rest of EU: 2-5 days.
- Usual delivery time for parts not on stock: 2 to 3 weeks.
